On the Kanger EVOD batteries it says "regulated at 3.7v". I am not sure what this means, when I charge an 18650 battery it comes out at 4.2v and then needs to be recharged at about 3.3v. So with the Kanger EVOD batteries are they constantly at 3.7v? I don't understand how this would work as they are charged to around 4.1v and run out at about 3.3v I assume, what does the 3.7v mean? Does this mean it should output 3.7v for the whole charge and the output will be the same watts? For example if I had a 2ohm atomiser on a 3.7v EVOD would it stay at 6.85w from fully charged until it runs out? I am not sure how it would do this?
