Got one of these about 2 weeks ago. It works but it feels like the build quality isn't all that great next to my subvod. Especially when it comes to the airflow adjustor which feels very loose like it wiggles slighty if ANY upward pressure is put on it. Is this Kanger quality control or should I see if I can get it exchanged? I'm OCD about these kinds of thing. Anyone else own one of these?

Might be just that one tank, but, QC isn't a priority with any $20 starter kits.
I don't have the setup you have but if you can move the airflow ring then it might be missing the little ball bearing or spring that keeps it inplace like how the subtank mini airflow works. The couple vids I clicked through showed the ring move and stay inplace but it didn't look like it clicked so I assume you could be missing what holds that airflow tight. Maybe stick a small elastic in one of the grooves to hold it inplace or like you said return it but make sure the next one performs before you leave the store.
