So i bought two new Genuine EVOD tanks last week, one for me and one for my girlfriend, and mine has been working like a charm, I love it way more than the T3S that i previously had, ANYWHO...

The other EVOD i got was a horrible experience, we bought the same e-liquid and mine was working like a charm while hers was unbearably burnt tasting, i took a look at her coil and its a 2.4 ohm coil, while mine is a 2.0 ohm coil. Could that be the issue? I havent tried a new coil on her EVOD only because i dont want to waste any money (Even though its 2$ a new coil haha). But what could be causing hers to taste that way? :glare:

Sounds like the coil is going out, or something is going on with the tank on the EVOD, a plastic taste is not a good one nor is a dry hit on a RDA

I dont understand how it would go out so quickly? Cause it tasted burnt RIGHT when i bought it, not after the week (Sorry i should have made that more clear!!!)

There is a piece of rubber you can burn if you hold the button for too long. Its the rubber grommet. If you burn that, then you'll get the burnt plastic taste and it wont go away. But if its a new kanger evod I recommend you give it a boil and a dry burn if you dont want to waste a coil head. Maybe inspect the rubber grommet for burns.

Theres also 2 small flavor wicks on top of the coil wicks to prevent gurgling. Maybe that coil head has a wicking issue which can cause a burnt taste. You can take 1 or 2 of those wicks out to see if it improves the wicking.
