Kanger genitank mega???

Ok guys i have a kanger genitank mega and i seem to have nothing but problems with it so far. I have went through 5 coils in less than a months now, i have adjusted the watts and found a good taste but after a day or too it starts to burn and leak into the coil. Has anyone else had a problem like this or did i just get a bad tank?

5 coils in a month seems legit to me. Not overly excessive if it's your main tank. You didn't say what battery and voltage/watts you use or type of juice you vape most often... dark sweet type of juice or clear?

Sorry, im using a mvp 2.0 and i normaly use thinner liquid made by motor city vape such as orange ticktac and ras lemonade. With that being said i run no more than 7.5 watts with it and i have 2-3 holes open on the tank.

nice setup. Correct me if I'm wrong but I would say that's at or near the top of the range that coil will tolerate over time...so getting just under a week per coil would make sense. I've had them last three days on an istick at it's lowest setting or a week or more... in a smaller genitank or aerotank.
Never been able to achieve multiple weeks from any coil that I use heavy/daily. BUT I have found the last few boxes of dual kanger coils that claim to be the latest updated ones do last longer.... seat of the pants feeling, not scientific.

I don't know what could be wrong. I have the Genitank mini and on my iStick I will run it at 11 watts with certain thinner juices with the air holes wide open.

Err... ok but 5 coils a month if that is your primary tank and sees heavy use is pretty much par for the course. 10-12 bucks per pack of 5. Per month. Vs... whatever you spent on smoking.
