Kanger ipow2 charger not working

The mini usb that came with my ipow2 doesn't fit into the port on the ipow. I can use other mini usb chargers but not the one that came with it. Anyone else have this problem?

any charger will work as long as it same i dont know if those are mini or micro my cell phone charger i got from the gas station is the same as the ipow2.
My iopw2 quit working after 3 weeks i took it back today and they exchanged it for me. just dont mess up the charge port they told me kanger wont warrenty the charge port
