Kanger Mini Issues

I've been using a Kanger Mini Protank for a couple of months. I have been alternating and cleaning 6 or 7 differnent coils. After the 3rd cleaning, I have difficulty getting good a good vap. Decrease vapor, increased gurguling, and just poor performanc.
I tried rebuilding with 32 wire and new wicks. Not very successful.
What is the best way to maintain the Mini and when rebuilding are there any special keys for not shorting out the coil?

Have you tested the coil resistance before you put the top cap (chimney) on the coil? The 1st one I built had the coil too high and it hit the bottom of the chimnery when I put it on. A 3/32" drill bit fell into the space where the 1/16" bits are supposed to be and it would not allow me the get the coil low enough in the base...

What are you doing to clean the coils?

I have a feeling you are using the 'dry burn' method of cleaning the coils. It's a good method but after a certain number of times you really should just replace the coils. I just had a coil go on my smok tech vivi nova for that reason.

Learn to rebuild your own. Better vape and even more flavor. No more cleaning it and hoping it fixes the burnt taste.

3 cycles is a good result if you ask me. I get 2 and then put in a new head.
I can rebuild, but it takes too much effort for $1.75.

I agree with boom. I started rebuilding mine, and they are super easy to take care of. That being said, using stock coils I would usually get a week out of one before I had to change it.
