Kanger MT3S replacement head unscrews when i take off the bottom of the tank to fill it

why is this happening? it's really annoying when the replacement head unscrews each time you take the bottom of the tank to refill it.

Happens to me occasionally too. I just try to tighten them a bit more. I think the plastic cover/washer on the head sticks sometimes to the internal tube to the mouthpiece helping it unscrew.

Sometimes happens on all my Kanger BCCs. So it's a good habit to double check that the coil is tight every time I fill. Now I don't have to think about it, I just do it.
