I've been vaping since January and I started rebuilding atomizers for the tanks in the subject in February. So far I've been able to get a consistent 1.8 to 2.0 ohm builds and I use organic cotton as my wick. All the parts have been holding up well but this past week I noticed that on a rebuild that the little grommet that goes in the bottom had 2 burnt spots on it. They seem to be surface burns and the rebuild I did with it works fine. What I'm concerned about is that eventually the rubber pieces on the atomizers are going to become unusable. This includes the grommet I mentioned, plus the seal that goes over the stem. Due to some losses of parts on other atomizers I have a few back up parts. I do not, however, have any of the rubber grommets that separate the coils for pos/neg. Does anyone know where I can get extra grommets and the stem seal? I can just buy additional atomizers but if I could find a source for the parts that wear out I could get a great deal more mileage out of the existing atomizers I have. The metal parts appear to hold up just fine. Any help will be appreciated!

Now, to reduce the need to replace these as often:
Purchase a narrow Brass bristle Brush - cone shape
Thoroughly clean the area where the Wire Legs and Grommet rest

If you look at a few you will see carbon deposits building up. These deposits disrupt the clean connection of the Ground leg to the housing. They also slightly deform and drop the pressure supplied by the Grommet and weaken leg contact.

Remember, the grommet is the only source of attaching the coil legs and the cleaner the connection the less pressure they will need to do their job. The better the connection the less heat will travel to the grommet.
