Feeling like a dork or at least a newbie...but I have questions:oops:
Ordered and received my Kanger protank 3 today. OMG I am in love with this. I have wandered slowly into vaping after discarded a bunch of ecig equipment that did nothing for me except take my money and leave me feeling like I could/would never quit analogs. Along came the vap...started with a generic 900 mah and kanger t2 tank (2.2 wick). Guessing with this equipment I was vaping at about 3.5 ish. Strolled into VV and got a got a ego c twist. Never looked back to analogs from there.
'bout 2 months later and I am reading this forum like crazy and thinking I want to go to the next level. Researched Mods, APV's etc and was leaning towards the SVD or Vamo. Never really decided between the two and was still pondering it when I decided might as well get the tank (Kanger 3) and I can wait to get the SVD or Vamo when I make up my mind.
So here we are today and I have my Kanger 3 on my Ego cTwist and LOVING IT. vaping Moo Juice 65/35 with 24 MG nicotine.
Questions:
How high can I turn up my twist with the Kanger 3?
I only filled it about 1/3 of the way because I was not sure I was doing things right and did not want to waste the MOO so now I have to refill and I have heard that opening it is tempermental and if not done right I will make it leak. Any thoughts on that?

The simple answer is you can turn it up as high as you want to. If it starts to taste burnt, you can turn it down again with no damage to your coil head or battery. Charts help in giving you a starting point, but turn it to the voltage that gives you the vape you want.

As for opening and refilling it, I've not heard that there is a special way to open it - so I defer to other more knowledgeable members that have one.

Sorry I don't have the Protank 3 yet, so I don't have exact answers for you, but I have some general guidance and advice that may be helpful.

The PT 3 should react like any other tank, so that said, with the twist, I would think you should be able to turn it up as far as you need for the flavor/vapor level that fits your vaping style best.

As for refilling the tank, I believe it is the same standard fill method as the PT 2, basically just turn it upside down and fill the tank to the top of the center air post, and screw the base back on and you are ready to go. Also, as with most tanks, it is recommended to keep the tank 1/3 full at a minimum.

HTH ...

I have mini protank IIs, just take off your tank, open it up, joose it up...put it back on...vape...easy as pie

MM PIE

just dont unscrew it while its right side up like I did once, it..it lets juice out..damn you, gravity!

and of course take it off your batt to juice it up, lol....pls DO that...dont go getting your battery all messy in case you make a mistake.

and make sure your tank is screwed together tight, but not too tight...dont go cracking your pyrex, cuz you can
