Kanger protank 510 connection broken?

Before anybody has a panic attack, I have a backup tank (iclear 30),but my protank bottom piece seems to have snapped clean off leaving the connection inside my mvp2.

That part was easy to get out. What's not easy is trying to figure out how to fix this/ replace it.

Anyone know of a cheaper alternative other than purchasing a new protank?

As far i know you can buy the bottom part separately. Also i did read here on ECF this problem is known that it has a weak base.
Thought also that it was with a previous version and that new ones have a stronger base.

Do you have a ProTank 1 or 2?

You can buy a base and atomizer coil heads separately:

then a standard one

- Replacement Protank 510 base. - Sun-Vapers.com

be sure to use the support ring (some call beauty ring)

If you really like your protank, I recommend buying the Tatroe base, lifetime warranty and better quality.

I was looking at that but I'm on a budget (a very lean budget) and I'm trying to save as much as I can for an igo-w and coil equipment. The protank is a daily vaper, but only because it's the best tank I've got.

$12 buy another one. I have issues with Protank II I find the Protank II mini was the solution for me. Works great never a problem 2mths now..
