I bought a Kanger ProTank today. I fill it up with juice, waited a couple hours to ensure it was saturated and I began to vape. I can get about 2-3 drags on it then the next vape burns. I turned it down to 4.0 volts and I still have this issue. I'm using a 80/20 PG/VG blend. It came with two heads. I even took one of the spare whicks out on one of the heads to ensure the lower whicks could get more saturated and I still have the same issues...

You don't need to wait hours for it to saturate. You should be able to vape right away. It seems like you may have a bad coil but you say you tried both heads? Try turning your voltage down to 3.6. I have five Protanks and they all work great but I've noticed that different juices wick better at different voltages (specifically darker juices are more troublesome).

Try a few cold drags prior to vaping to help suck some of the juice into the coil. Also, you can't suck on them like you can a carto tank. The Protank is pretty airy so try a slow gentle draw.

Try unscrewing the tank from the base a little bit and watch for a bubble.

I have 2 and both will give dry hits if I have the 2 parts of the tank screwed together tight but once I've loosened it a bit I can happily chain vape.

I just measured the gap and it's 0.3mm which is a lot but it works well, has not leaked and has not come apart.

Just to be clear I'm talking about the tank body to tank base connection not the tank base to battery one.

50/50 with one flavour wick removed.
