I don't know why, but my protank after 5 days gave me a couple of burnt hits this morning. I'm running it at 4 volts on my smoktech winder with some mt baker 80/20. Any ideas? I haven't gotten that with any of my 50/50 stuff or from any other clearomizer from Kanger. The protank has the 2.5 ohm coil that came with it.

When this happens to me I just take the coil out of the base. Give it a good rinse with hot water, fluff the wicks up a bit and put it back in. Usually fixes the problem for me. I assume the wick is getting gunked up and the hot water rinse usually fixes it. Protank coils are cheap, so if that do not help just put a new coil on it. For 100% or high VG juices I find I need to remove one flavor wick on a brand new coil to avoid dry hits.
