Kanger Protank II - Exceeded my wildest dreams

So I'm fairly new to smoking. I've got two eGo CTwists which have served me well, and I've been using T3s tanks.

I bought the Kanger Protank II from DV and it just arrived today and holy .... is it awesome! There's more flavor than I even imagined was possible. It hits super smooth, and so far has required no fuss. It did have a couple burnt tasting hits at the voltage I usually using my T3s, but I turned it down and rinsed out the tank (because I've heard some users say to be sure to rinse out Kanger tanks) and it has made a world of difference.

If you're on the fence about one, just do it. It's also beautiful, feels great, has a wonderful weight, and -- I didn't know this before I ordered it -- the glass is Pyrex, so it's not like it's going to shatter at any moment.

EDIT: Wow. I just slapped on one of my T3s's with the same flavor in my Protank II and I realized exactly how nice this Protank II is. The flavor is phenomenal. The draw is much smoother. I'm definitely going to need to grab another one of these.

Lemme tell ya, I bought a mini protank with the non removable drip tip and had nothing but issues with it, was very let down. Well I decided to give it another try and ordered the mini protank 2 with the removable drip tip. I received it today and I am so happy I gave it another shot. I removed only one of the flavor wicks, and I am vaping Bobas Bounty as we speek. I love this tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good to know! I love this thing so much I was considering grabbing a Mini Protank 2 since I don't want to spend another $20 on a full-sized one right this second. Can't live without two tanks, imo.

I do still have my T3s's as backups though I guess. I might just wait it out til I have money.

I feel like the weight of the tank is important to me. I was blown away by the price especially because the T3 feels so solid and heavy.

Got my Protank II Friday afternoon. Loved it so much I found a store a few miles away that carried it and drove to pick up 2 more. It is a huge difference. Nice weight and solid design. Love this tank!

I agree I've had mine for a good few weeks. The odd gurgle here and there. The odd leak when I rebuild my own coils.

But other then that, solid performance, tough tank, great tasting vape.

Can't fault it going to buy another one.

Same here, had two for a week now and have been vaping quite hard just to give them a go.
So far I'm very satisfied!

The draw is a bit airy to me but it's a really easy fix.
I've been trying som 30/70 PG/VG juices for a few days now and from time to time I do get a burnt hit, and it is 100% sure because of the viscosity of the eJuice. After I do a burnt hit I've removed the bottom plate to check things out, and the juice "tray" that the wicks sit is isn't filled. I've tried some tricks to get that solved and I think I'm golden at the moment. Some fiddling ... sure, but I havent spent more than a total of 15 minutes of trial and error. In other words, no biggie at all

If i go with 50/50 juices or even more PG there is no problems whatsoever. No gurgling, no burnt hits (if I dont chain it like crazy ofc) and no leaks.

I pulled the trigger on buying the ProTank 2 because the glue started failing on all my Triton tanks after awhile, the juice finds a way to channel its way out over time, and nothing else fits Halo's bats properly. Glue just sucks. I wanted a rebuildable glass tank, there is no glue with the PT2, and it's completely rebuildable. Had to order an Evod bat to go with it as well, and it gets me away from any "our way or no way" business model. So be it.

Ordered them, got them, love them. I got a mini PT2 on order to check out also, should be here soon. I diy a killer ry4 that has just a touch of sweet strawberry in it. Not for the strawberry, but for the sweet. I can taste the strawberry out of the pro tank 2, and not out of any other tank. No leaks so far since day 1, and good throat hit and great flavor, even with a higher ohm coil thus extending my battery op time. A little top heavy, but a 1100 mah battery should balance that out nicely.
