It's right here: Kanger Airflow Control Valve

The Kanger air flow valve is a replacement for the bottom screw on base that you remove when you refill your tank. It's $4.49 from the link, but you can probably get it from a vendor in Florida. Try Lightning Vapes in Miami or one of the locals in your town or Panama City. It does away with the hard draw problem that causes a vacuum to form when you vape. That vacuum causes more juice to be fed to the coil. You can turn the ring to adjust the draw level from tight to free and airy.

Flooding has always been a problem when a tank gets low. When full, the air bubble is small at the top of the tank and prevents juice from being pressured into the coil. As the tank empties, the air bubble gets larger and more elastic. That lets juice feed faster into the coil. The air flow tank prevents vaping from putting additional suction on the juice in the tank and lessens the tendency for the coil to flood.

I wish I had a flooding issue, better than the consistent burnt flavor I get. I have had to replace 4 coils in less than a half a day. 2- I built and 2 new. Only way to get the darn things to last is to go low wattage which does not provide the TH or vapor I require or only use it once at 7.5W then remove it and use another topper.

Ok I am less angry now....I have reloaded my 22-250 and the PT2 is on the fencepost!
