Thats a very nice tank plus you can use your own drip tip. Absolutely love the protank. With this upgrade it will be even more awesome!
And probably a lot tougher. The glass tanks are nice but 1 good drop and the parties over.
At the price point I'd be a buyer if it were made of implant grade stainless only.
But that's just me.

If they would make one with a 5-6ml capacity and a sight glass, I'd be all over it! Most premium tank makers are charging $50+...I'd pay that for the options I mentioned.
I really don't think that the price is too high at $35. It's made right here in this country, that alone is worth it to me when not much in this game is.... I do think that $5 for a protank base and not even your choice resistance on a head is a huge rip off though. It's an awesome upgrade for protank users, but they should at lease include your choice of head, and drip tip for $40 to make it a kit that someone could start with before owning a protank...
That tank looks SOLID! No worry about drops taking it out of commission, rebuildable, use your own drip tips...very very cool! Looks like this could tank could survive the Apocalypse. Is it worth 35 bucks? I will let somebody else be the Guinea Pig and try it out first. 
My thing is I want at least a sight-glass, so I can keep track of my fluid levels. The juice I use goes super-quick.
That has always been my concern with metal tanks. I do not want to be removing the base constantly trying to see if I need a top off before i leave the house. Changing the battery in my provari is already enough of a task. We went out for a few hours the other day and my battery died. I about blew a freaking fuse!
35 if it came with base and your choice of coil and a matching to would be a deal

Yes i always carry an extra Battery
Am I the only one that just does not like the BCC or Kanger Pro?
Maybe its just the way i vape but these always Gurgle when juice gets low and leak on my Provari
It pisses me off because the vapor is damn good but if it leaks on my Provari i get ...... LOL
definitely a good looking tank but way too expensive for me. i've spent way too much on this already since i started about 6 months ago. and i thought i would save money vaping
