I recently purchased a kanger protank and I love it! But after the first day I noticed liquid seeping(very slowly) out of the place where the tank and bottom threads meet. There use to feel like there was a vacuum when I removed the bottom, but now it just unscrews. I changed the coil but its still a problem. Any ideas?

One of my tanks was doing the same thing. I have multiple ProTanks so I changed the coil, and changed the O-Ring off one of my broken ProTanks and cleaned it out and it stopped doing it. No amount of fiddling with the current way it was set up would get it to stop leaking. It was very frustrating. I think it might be an O ring issue. I did get it fixed by doing everything I listed, and then promptly dropped it this morning on the ground and watched in slow mo as it shattered on the floor into a million pieces. 
I've been searching and I don't see an O ring anywhere on the base. Perhaps that's my issue. How noticeable is it?
Should be an o-ring on the upper threads against the base. Without the ring, it will definitely leak.
I took the base off one time and the o ring slipped off and was on the center post, and I thought it was just part of the other gasket for a few weeks until I took it fully apart to clean it. My fix, Teflon tape. Get some 1/2" Teflon tape, get a nice strip, fold it in half so it's 1/4" then wrap it where the o ring used to be, make sure you put it on there tight. It should hold for a while, stayed on mine for many refills before I took the tank fully apart to clean it and found the missing o ring

Please let me know if you find a way to replace the glass, I did the same thing and can't afford a PT 2 for months. It was my favorite bit of equipment !

There are a few places that carry, or used to at least, the top piece for a PT. My suggestion, yeah, its pricey but i LOVE it, cigtechs Tatroe Tank. You can get away with the top only but if you got the cash, buy the base too. You can choose your drip tip, plus its SS, thing is ....ing bulletproof. That thing on either my sigelei or my vamo makes it a PDW (Personal Defense Weapon) practically.
