haha just buy a six packYeh do you clean out the cartos? or typically not because its in the tank and you just top up and refill? I'll give those carto's a try if there on the vapeescape website (thats the supplier I've been using so far for my vaping suppys) I know he has punched boge carto 5 packs not bad priced and even if they only last a week thats a hell of a nice saving right there! Right so have decided to give carto tanks a try then! Any advice on a first decent tank I could get? Sorry for the many questions
I'm really enjoying the X8 carto tank. It's less than $20 too. The reason I like that one so much are the two pins it comes with. One is the fill hole pin, the other screws into the side and locks the carto in place. Nothing more annoying than trying to swap tanks and the carto slides through the tank and leaks everywhere because you pulled it out on accident.
Doesn't look like Vapeescape carries them, but many vendors do. Just do a search for "X8 Carto Tank".

I've just been vaping all night and its lasting quite some time, the only thing is its getting quite hot at times making it quite a warm/hot vape do you get these a lot on the cartotanks as much?
also at the moment I've just got 2 riva 1100 mAW battery so havent got VV yet but maybe ill get a twist on pay day and whats the difference between dual coil? wouldnt it burn through juice faster?

Dual coil carts do burn juice faster. Many people swear buy them. If you're using ego batts, find you some 3 ohm or 3.2 ohm single coil carts and a tank. That will work just fine.also at the moment I've just got 2 riva 1100 mAW battery so havent got VV yet but maybe ill get a twist on pay day
That's the one (looks the same at least). I've been using Boge cartos, bought from a local vendor. I just punch the holes and replace the one it comes with. The one that it comes with is pretty blah. I don't even bother with them anymore. I have 3 of these tanks, and all of them perform with no issues at all.

I vape with a Riva 510 a lot. I use 3.2, but sure, a little lower won't hurt. yeh ill prob stick with single coil for now im currently using 2.5 ohm cartomizers I think, there pretty nice so will probably go for that ohm when trying tanks still also vaprush do you stick a drip tip on top of the x8? the mouthpiece on it does look pretty big and quite airy maybe?

Got any tanks and tank cartos to trade? I got a hardly used, and one unused vivi nova to trade.
they make "beauty rings" for that purpose. it makes the lines flow a lot better and looks like it belongs.

Soak your pro tank in water w/ white vinegar. It will completely get rid of the metallic taste. Mine had that too, was DRIVING ME NUTS. Now all I taste is pure vapor

Seems to taste better to me. Plan on buying a 3.5ml tank soon.
that being said my brother uses a ismoka BBC (bottom fed clearmizer) and its not to bad, no dry hits so far and taste isnt as dull as the other clearmizers we have

I have done all of them. The Vivi nova I still use cuz i got so many damn heads but I really prefer the Protank but the Puritank is out. It will use the Protank or Evod heads and has a pyrex tank. Once you've gone glass all the others taste like .... The other thing I like about the Puritank is that is uses a standard drip tip. But for now I am stuck on the Protank and my Evod until I break one. Got to many damn atty's sitting idle right now. Nice thing about the EVOD, Protank and Puritank is they are bottom feed and I get no dry hits until I run out of juice. Great draw to. No burnt taste and I can us lower wattage normally I use 8 watts I can cut it down to 6 watts on the EVOD and Protank. I will be buying a Puritank in a few months just so I can have some vape mail. LOL
