Kanger Protank Question

I just had a pretty simple question about the atomizer heads for the Kanger Protank, which I explain in the video.
I apologize for not being as articulate as I probably should have been, in the video. It was a pretty spur-of-the-moment sort of video. I also extend my apologies for the not so great video quality.

That ring secures your wicks down and prevents the liquid from flooding the atty. Its best to use it.

Actually the rubber ring seals the tube from the mouth piece once its inserted. So you are not sucking juice from the tank, instead you are sucking through the post on the atomizer
