I just got my protank yesterday and tried it, I got plenty of vapor but it was too airy for me. So I did a search to see if anyone else has the same problem and I found plenty but not really a was to solve it other than using toothpick. I have an eVic and the eVic has air slots on the base so it makes it even more airy.

For those of you who doesn't like the airy vape on the protank. This is how I did it...

In the picture, you can see the air slots from the eVic and the base of the Protank causing the vape to be too airy.

I found a rubber thimble in my desk draw and cut off the bottom part large enough to cove the holes

Slide it on to the Protank and leaving only one hole exposed and to me, a perfect vape!!!

I know it's not great looking but I dont' mind since it's pretty easy to take the tank off and on and not having to stick anything in everytime. I hope this hlep some of you :p

Plumbers tape around the air holes and then poking through two of the four worked great for me. AND it's unnoticeable after its screwed on.
I guess I am a noob... I don't see from picture where these darn air holes. In fact... I am a dumb dumb when it comes to any little mechanical anything... but I can say this... I am a quick learner and am convinced that I will be rebuilding my atomizer heads in near future.... Please someone assist me...

ok ok I looked closer and are the holes on the battery or the tank? I am using a Vision spinner and maybe that's why it looks so different. it does not screw in flush like yours does... are they more like cut outs in metal than an actual round hole?

this is too much work to make a product work correctly though. I dont understand why this went into production like this, everybody agrees the draw sucks. Theres no reason to jerry rig a defective product, just buy the plethora of ones that do work correctly out of the box, theres nothing spectacular about the protank that warrants this kind of stuff, seriously.

Everybody's always saying "I love the protank-except for the draw, and the metal tip, and the metallic taste, and the leaking issues, and the wicks having to be redone, and the extensive breaking in time but you can fix all that!! Heres how I did it" why are people even buying this thing? I just dont get it theres other delivery systems that work

View attachment 213508 ok... lets see if this pic uploaded... tried to take pic and arrow where possible holes are... anyone?

no 1...the other holes are right above the threads at the bottom of the tank, Ive heard people put toothpicks in there to help the draw??

I put my fingers around that area and a tighter draw... I agree this is a lot of work to make something work like it should... but I just love the thing as stupid as that sounds. I am going to try the Kanger EVOD replacement heads cuz they are supposed to work better with the protank.
