Coil not seated all the way? Tank not screwed down and making contact? When I used the factory coils they would read higher occasionally , some would drop after use. Could be the Coil or your mod. Even my Kanger Subbox would read the Kanger coils high .
Snug up the coil in the tanks base, and snug up the connection from the tank to mod. SNUG, not gorilla tight.
Will try reseating the coil and see if that helps. Thanks

Well i took the coil out, reseated it, tightened it and put the tank on the mod nice and snug. It's still reading 0.7 if i try to loosen it and move it, it reads 0.9, 1.0, 0.8 can't get it lower than 0.7. My triton does this someone's but it usually eventually reads correctly.

Stick with it and have a little patience, they're great tanks that are usually very user friendly. Don't give up yet! The RBA is where these things shine if you have the new version and the patience to build your own coils. ( don't forget an ohm tester)
I'm dying to try my had at building. I'm waiting for my ohm meter in the mail. Then i will try it. I will give it a chance I'm not willing to give up on it, it got such great reviews which is why i bought it

If you need some organic cotton and a little wire I will send you some. Just take your time, I'm still fairly new at building coils but I'm getting it down. Nothing replaces practice and hands on training.
Thanks for the offer, the subtank actually comes with a coil and cotton. Just waiting on the meter to arrive.

There's 2 oval slots, one on each side. And 2 holes in the rba
