I purchased the Kanger Subtank Mini when it first came out and the biggest issue I had with it was the rba deck. juice flow was horrible (read dry hits all the time esp. with higher VG). Have heard about issues with insulator with various versions of this thing.

Question: What changes have been made with the "newest or latest" version of this RTA? Are the insulators different, is the RBA deck easier to get apart, better juice holes?

Sorry if this has been beaten to death already, but in my defense I did search and read a bunch of threads and couldn't find a definitive answer to the "newer/newest" version changes.

Thanks to all who tolerate my question (and hopefully respond). I'm looking for an single coil RTA for easier TC builds. My billow 2 is a bit of a PITA with dual coil and a tiny deck.

Yes to all three. The RBA cap is now a super simple screw on "lid" while the chimney is secured with a little screw that you loosen to slip the sleeve off. There are now two large juice holes midway up the chimney instead of the smaller channels at the bottom. The insulator thing is way old by this point as far as I know, even all but the very earliest batches of the V1 deck had no insulator issues, so the insulators remain fine in the V2.
