Yes... simply put.
Would I have to keep it firing at 30 watt or could I turn down the watts...I use a Kanger mini Pro 3 right now with 1.8 dual coil in it and fire it at 10 Watt right now...I also understand if I go to a subtank like this I would need to make my E juice a lower Nic level of 6 instead of 24 I use now with the Pro tank and 1.8 coil.

Can a Ileaf istick 30 watt fire a Kanger Subtank Nano - Stainless using a 0.5 RDA coil fire properly and be vaped properly?

This might be a good time to upgrade your mod. There are several excellent, small 50W-75W single 18650 devices on the market right now that would be more appropriate for sub-ohm vaping, e.g. iStick Pico, VTC Mini. If you'd prefer something with a built-in battery, check out the Cool Fire IV or Cuboid Mini.

I want to upgrade and get a higher end mod just can't afford it right now...living on a disability check is a bit hard ....have to budget the monies...my reason for asking I wanted to try out that tank set up and try to recoil RDA and see if I can do it correctly....and also see if the vape from it will suit me first before I start dropping more money into mod and batteries and a charger. From my readings lately here RDA's would be better to have if this FDA crap really hits us hard later on....seeing dual coils really sort of hard to rebuild if they even can be...I tried it ...wreck everyone I tried to take apart. From looking around this website and some utube videos it would seem RDA are quite easy to rebuild with some wire and cotton...as long as your paying attention and easy on little parts.
