Actually with good maintenance I'm not sure how long a T2 can last. My original 2 are now 7 months old and still sporting the original heads. I clean and dry burn every few tanks. I originally purchased 5 spare heads and still have all 5 unused.

The only thing that normally gives a burnt taste is Poor wicking(lack of juice) or juice burnt onto the coil. A new head should correct either instantly.

Yea I use a ego twist at 4.0 using 2.4 heads. Used on my Provari at 3.7 still burnt. I noticed a o ring on the connecter maybe that could be causing it. Its looks nasty. I been cleaning them. I also have another theory. My roommate has been experience the same thing and we both used MT. Baker e juice and none of our eliquids since then tasted right in our T2. So using cartos till some new T2 come in.

I tried a Kanger T2 recently, and after trying some of the "FIX" methods on it I still get too much burnt taste. I have the same issue with the 2.0ml Vivi Nova as well after trying the "FIX'S" for those. I see all the vids of people using them with great results and am quite puzzled. The 3.5ml Vivi Nova v3 is the one that works best of the 3 clearomizers mentioned. When they work well there is no comparison with regular cartomizers. Too bad they only work 25% of the time. I have to say, today 3/10/13 my Vivi Nova 2.0ml seems to be working decent. Unpredictable
