i see it doesnt fit flush. is that ok? will they work together.

It is hit and mioss as some will manage to fot well enough to use, but keep in mind because they are 510/eGo threaded, the post from the tank that makes connection to the battery post is much longer, and it is all too easy to over-tighten and push down your Triton battery's center post, ruining it for Triton tanks. To me, that is not a risk that I am willing to take, after all, tanks are less costly than replacing batteries!

I just tried a Kanger T2. It "works," but since it doesn't screw on that far, it annoys me. It's not the aesthetics that bother me, but trying to position the air holes. There isn't the "wiggle room" to position the air holes for the ways I hold the Triton (which isn't exotic or anything). I guess the upside is that if I ever end up with an eGo threaded thingy, at least I'll have the T2 which I know how to trouble-shoot pretty well already. :2c:

EDIT: I'm glad I tried it to cure my own curiosity, for sure, but I'm still happier to pay the extra buck or whatever to have a properly fitting tank. I mean, the tanks last for a long, long time. I won't be buying any other T2's unless I get a device with the proper threading. Even if there's a killer sale somewhere.
