+1 for what HOPS said, although I tend not to take everything apart. Just a hot water rinse every 2-4 tanks (depending if the juice is colored, these tend to gunk up my coils faster) then a quick shake and blot dry. If you want you can do a quick dry burn as mentioned previously, but I only do this every 3-5 days or so.
For a dry burn, all you need to do is put the head on your battery without the body (you can remove the silicone cap too if you want)
Press the fire button for 3-4 seconds while gently blowing on it. Keep doing this until you see no white vapor and the coils (look down through the hole) glow evenly.
Then make sure you give it a final hot water rinse. Shake, pat dry, fill, vape, enjoy... you get the idea - life is good when it vapes well.
There is a slight chance you can pop a coil doing a dry burn, so always make sure you have a back up head available if you do one.
In my experience make sure you give the threads a good clean with a paper towel to remove any juice, and I use a q-tip / cotton bud to put down the drip tip to make sure all is nice and clean in there too.
