My question is. Is it fine to use the ssocc round replacement coils .5ohm in regular power mode. Someone had mentioned that they were for temp control only.

Good question. I also want to know if I can use the SSOCC 0.15 Ni in regular mode.

You should use all of the ssocc coils in regular power mode, except the .15 nickel coils...the ones with the blue gasket, those are for temp control devices
