Kanger Toptank's ss mode wont fire

Just got this mod and tried the ssocc .5 stainless steel coil and it wont fire when on ss mode but fires on wattage mode. Is my device defective or am I doing something wrong?

If not and they are the ones w the blue ring it is an ss case w a nickel wire only tc mode
If they have the red ring they are ss with a diff wire I cant remember what but someone will im sure those run only in watt mode and it will not fire in ss mode because it is not all stainless only the casing is only the ones w the pink ring are true ss and ss wire,and can be used in both modes (tc watt).if u get confused, which I did let me know and I can offer a better ecplanation,and if I can't someone else can

yes, it is the one with the pink ring that came with the packaging.

it's at 240

I'm using the Ni coil at 440-F and it's working well. You may have to go a little higher than 400-F to see a difference.

just did, still doesnt work. ill just order new coils and see if they work.

Make sure all your seals are installed, also not twisted or crushed..
