I have the kanger ssocc ni200 coils and am using the in the Koopor plus. I have the settings on temp mode, coil ss, sc, set at the default .00105. The coils are .15 ohm. The problem I am having is that it will not fire when it reads the ohms at .15 or close to it. However, it will fire when it reads the ohms above .3. Should I have the settings to ni or ss? The coils come in a black box with SSOCC in blue lettering and ni200 in the bottom corner of the box.

If it's a ni200 it should be set to ni200, with the default ni200 tcr.

My Koopor has a nickle setting, a titanium setting, and a stainless steel setting. The coil is a stainless steel coil. I am guessing has a nickle heating element or something. Not sure why it says ni200. Is this correct? I never had a problem when I was using the original nickel coils.

Here is a link with a picture from the vendor. Hover over the picture to enlarge. It says this is stainless steel in the description and has the SSOCC on the box. Notice in the bottom corner it says NI200. Kanger Subtank & Nebox Coils - 5 pack - Ni200 0.15ohms (SSOCC) SUBOHM It does say in the description that it is nickle wire. Not sure why they say it is a stainless steel coil.

OK, no I think I'm getting it. SSOCC stands for stainless steel organic cotton but that has nothing to do with the wire. The wire is ni200 and it won't work properly in ss mode, you need to be in ni200 mode.
