Kanger UniTank is the latest from KangerTech. The unitank has a capacity of 2.5ml and features a detachable drip tip like the Protank II. the length is 60mm x Diameter 10.6mm and can operate well around the 3.2-3.7 volts range. What's in the box: 1X glass tube, 2X 2.2ohm coil unit, 1X decorative ring. You can preorder the Kangertech UniTank and all will be delivered by November 1st or sooner.

Helps, but venors can state anything they want. I do think it's glass, but we won't know for sure until someone actually gets their hands on it. Kanger is known to skirt the truth/change things.

I was under the impression that threaded glass was problematic and that's why there currently any mass-produced, threaded glass tanks - like something for the Vivi Nova - as far as I am aware.

I pre-ordered a few, don't know when they will be in but they were $14.99. Hoping that it is glass but wanted it for the top filling feature.

if the tube is threaded it isn't glass- the reference to "glass" in the description is probably just a translation glitch for which the Chinese are famous for.........if the center post is used to connect the end pieces it probably is glass.....

It's NOT glass, it's simple polycarbonate, same as those plastic bottles of mineral water, etc.

I really don't understand why Kanger is coming out with this Product.

Kanger is doing so well with their Pyrex Glass Tank like Protank 1 / 2; now they are taking a step back with a PolyCarbonate tank???

What is worst is that Kanger is not honest with the spec of Unitank!!! Trying to be funny and comes out with terms like PC Glass???

Knowing that Protank 2 is fast selling, they should invest more time and effort on the replacement glass of Protank 2 instead.

If you ask me, Unitank is like a BCC Vivi Nova.

Some people don't want a heavy breakable glass tank. Glass is good for tank cracking juices, but not everybody wants or needs that.

Thing is guys at Kangertech overpriced the piece of plastic so much that you actually get the *laboratory glass* model for *less* money. The Unitank should cost a maximum of seven bucks to the end customer, like the other plastic clearos of its class. I bet the price will change in a month or so.

The only advantage that I see is the top filler... looks the same as the Protank 2, I don't think too many people are going to buy these.

BTW, there should be some mechanism to isolate the central tube from the filler... maybe we are going to see in the future a top-bottom coil clearomizer in the future?
