My unitank cracked today and I got several coils as back up. I heard those would fit on pro.tank 1 and 2. And also on 2 mini and evod. Which one is the best keeping in mind I just got pro.tank 3 few days ago. Best tank so far no leaked I filled over 10 times not even once. Lol anyways back to the question

Protank II or Protank II mini are your best bets. Also, pick up an Aero base for any kanger tanks as they are really worth it.
I have the Protank 2 Mini and the Aerotank...love them both. I don't use plastic tanks at all anymore. Too many flavors I like that are known tank crackers. Stick with glass...you will be much happier.
Edit: Oh...and I was told that you can use the single coils for the Aerotank...but you cannot use the dual coils for the Mini Protank.

If you want the ability to use both single and dual coils, the easiest tank IMO is the Protank 3 Mini. It comes with the same dual coil as the aerotank but will also take the same single coil as is used in the Unitank without any modification.
Interesting. So the 3 mini will take single coil like the unitank and dual like pro.tank 3?? So u do like a score? How does it perform against the otherz? (NOT including pro.tank 3)
Best thing I can say about Kanger, is that am thankful I had issues with the pt, because a search about them is what led me to the ecf. now it's kanger no more, and rba's all the way. Thank you Kanger for having issues. lol
I don't know whether or not a single-coil head will work in a regular Protank 3 (I don't have one to test). For the PT3 Mini, the single-coil heads that do work are the same as those used in the Unitank/T3S/MT3S--not the Evod (although some people have reported success using an evod head, I have not tried). As far as a comparison, I find that vapor production on a PT3 Mini using a single coil is fantastic. Flavor has been good and vapor production seems better than on a MT3S. And since you don't need as much power to drive the single coil, your battery lasts longer. That said, I haven't really made up my mind on whether or not I will use one over the other on a regular basis.
And, to add another complication, I'll also throw in that you could also take a look at the Evod Glass tank. This looks like the original evod with the metal sheath to protect the tank, but it uses pyrex so that you do not have to worry about the kind of liquid you use. These tanks use the same dual coil that the PT3, the PT3 Mini, and the Aerotank use. However, they cannot take the T3S/MT3S/Unitank single coil (it has been reported, however, that one can use a PT2 Mini base with a single-coil evod head--again, I have not tested this--yet). Even if you are not considering such a tank, I thought I'd add it so that you can see that some tanks that take the dual coil may not be able to take the T3S/MT3S/Unitank coil...

I'm a big fan of my rba, especially my kayfun. On the other hand, have you ever tried rebuilding a kanger protank head? It's pretty easy and the results are miraculous. Don't throw them out just yet!
When I bought my Aerotank, I was told I could use the single coil heads I have for my MPT2 on the Aerotank, but I could not use the dual coil head for my Aerotank on the MPT2. I have not tried using the single coils on my Aerotank yet.
Update: I have now tried my 1.8 ohm single coils in my Aerotank. They work fine.

i have a pro tank 3 and you can use either single ot dual coils for it. but you cant use dual coils for pt2 or pt
If you like Kanger gear, then Aspire Products will blow your mind.

What were your issues? I have 3 MPT2's and an Aerotank and haven't had any trouble. I did have an issue when I first bought my Aerotank, but it turned out to be a faulty coil. Other than that...no issues..no leaks..nada.
Mainly those of durability. Also, I preferred the flavor the Aspire products produced. In my opinion (but one thing about flavor - it's VERY subjective), Aspire stuff gives WAY better flavor.
Listen, at first I thought that the Aerotank was all of it. I even learned all of the quirks...don't over tighten the wick, don't use too thick of a juice, push the fire button a little before I draw, let's rebuild a wick, take out the silica and use cotton....and a co-worker never fiddled with his stuff and it worked. That's how I found out about Aspire.
Also, the Aspire stuff is better built. For example, on the most basic of tanks, the Kanger chimneys tended to crack at the top, near the tip, allowing juice to run into the chimney.
The Kanger coils were hit and miss...both in resistance and in whether or not they would leak.
You should give the Aspire stuff a try - it's the same price, and you might like it better. I know that Kanger was the only reason that I ever considered stopping my vaping.
On the other hand, I should thank Kanger. Had I not had all of the problems, I wouldn't have tried RBA's.

All i have used is Kanger products with no issues at all. No leaking no gurgling on the aerotanks or the evod 2's i have. Maybe i have been lucky? However i agree the coils have been hit or miss, i have just ordered a Kayfun the other day to try my hand at making coils.
my t3s is a pretty bad tank imo, all it did was leak, and gurgle if it was below half liquid.
the mini protank 2 has been working like a champ and the way it comes apart makes it so easy to clean.

This is what I am talking about. Either Kanger stuff seems to work great for people, of it's a pile of leaking junk.
Every Protank or ProTank derivative that I have owned were worthless. Even if they didn't leak, the flavor production was terrible.
As for the T3 being a problem for you - I never seem to have an issue with them. When I go out on the lake, its what I take
That's why I wonder about suppliers. Everyone in my region has no luck with Kanger, but great out of Aspire.
If folks have good luck out of Kanger, there seems to be a problem with Aspire. Cloned crap being sold in that region, perhaps? (both brands that is)

If someone gave me a kanger product, I wouldn't waste juice in it. I would destroy it, Office Space styles.

I thought I had found the cure to leak issuses by top fed dual coils after getting innokin iclear 16/30s. Then I tried the unitank mini from Kanger. Wow the single coil gave more vapour than the innokin's and way better flavour! It seems if the scratch codes check out authentic then kanger tanks (unitank, mini uni and evod) are very reliable! The Protank 3 uses a coil with a shorter post but the others (Aerotank, protanks' 2, mini's and unitanks) all swap coils with each other fine!
WOW...I have 3 MPT2's and an Aerotank and don't have any problems....of course I have only had them for about a month. I had a flooding problem with my Aerotank when I first bought it...but turned out to be a faulty coil (the only one I have had so far).
I will check into the Aspire products though for future purchases.
As far as an RBA, I have a Cyclone. It is a single coil RBA and seems to be fine. I use it at night sometimes, but tanks are just easier for me.
