Can I use these in the Subvod kit (1300mah) or do I need to use a variable wattage mod to kick the wattage down to the 7-15W range?

Yes it will work on the subvod kit.. it's a fixed voltage but if you change the ohms of coil it'll adjust watts automatically.. 3.7 volts squared divided by your coil 1.5 ohms will give you 9.126 watts.. hopes this helps

Thanks. I wasn't sure if the battery supplied a continuous wattage regardles of the resistance of the coil.
