Can anyone tell me how to fix Battery KangerTech EMOW that would not start? when I was just bought it. Thank you for your answer

Did you click the button 5 times to turn it on? Did you charge it?

I think you need to charge it for 2 hours first time.

I've been doing it for three weeks (click the button 5 times to turn it on / off) and this is the first time. Even to charge his batteries I did appropriate guide (- / + 4 Hours). The problem is after I turn off the battery (quick break to do something else) and when I turn it back on then the battery would not start, but after I charge the battery this morning, I just use some suction alone and sometimes can be lit after battery connected to a charger. When turned on (battery is not turned off) so there is no problem. And new problems arise if the battery is switched off (albeit briefly).
