Yes I Googled it and I found them to buy, but I didn't see anything about if they are still manufacturing them. So no news on it I guess it's good news. I have been stocking up on them. I need to learn how to do my own coils but it just seems so much easier to buy them ready to go. Thanks for the reply

I still use the Ni200 coils, but for the billet box where tc is not great, I use the "newer" stainless steel coils (haven't tried them in tc). You might give them a try. $7.89 on the slow boat - Authentic KangerTech SUBTANK SSOCC Coil Head (5-Pack). Just got a few boxes last month.

I have been vaping with kanger for 6 years and I like to vape with Ni200 coils, but I'm noticing alot of places are sold out. Is kangertech still manufacturing them?
I use mainly Kanger too -- I have 2 Kbox nano boxes, a subtank mini box, nebox and a subbox mega. I mainly use with toptanks (mini and nano) and protank 4 . They all take the same coil heads as well as the rba piece so now I just use the rba so I do not have to buy coils anymore.

I thought they might stop making the coils too but they are still widely available.

What Kanger product are your using?

I've noticed they stopped selling them in shops here (UK). I was told in the vape shop I go to they've stopped manufacturing but maybe take that with a pinch of salt. They're pretty reliable but just because they're not stocking them anymore doesn't necessarily mean that.

Certainly if they've stopped manufacturing them they're still selling their backlogs as they're definitely available online.

I use the sub mini (i think that's what it is anyway) much less these days but always found it a good tank when I was doing DTL more - apart from the leakage through airholes which seemed to be a common problem with many tanks of that era.

I use the all subtank minis, and it's so weird but I like to use them on the joyetech ego one VT on Ni setting with the Ni200 coils, all the mods that I set the temperature just doesn't compare to my ego VT weird huh lol I bought like 10 of the ego one VT because the break so easily. I don't know if it's just me but I will have the same tanks with the same juice and put it on one mod and it taste completely different then it does on another mod. Crazy. Most people don't like kanger but thats all I ever used even when I quit smoking almost 6 years ago I used the t3s lol those were my favorite. I love vaping. I vape a 3mg and 6mg [emoji817]vg. I'm starting to get a little frustrated though because I'm noticing most of the new tanks coming out say you need to use the salt nicotine. [emoji36] WTF no everyone likes that crap not to mention its so much stronger then basic nicotine. Im rambling lol anyways hope I answered your question.

If you order them from
vapesupersaver. Com for $99 you get 10packs of 5 which isn't bad. And they are authentic.

I'm a Kanger fan, too, and I think it is because it is what I first started using. I've branched out a little but still mainly use Kanger. As far as preferring a certain battery ---I do not think that is strange. That is why there are so many boxes/batteries. It is a matter of individual preference and if you found something that works for you and that you enjoy that is awesome.

Since you do use the subtank minis have you considered building your own coils? I've been vaping for a similar length of time as you and only started building my own coils within the past year. The subtank mini (and the toptank that I use) take the same RBA piece. (this one $5.30 Authentic KangerTech SUBTANK Mini RBA Plus Coil Head - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping)

You may or may not be interested -- when I finally took the plunge I found it was really easy. The rebuildable (rba) piece looks almost like the drop in ssocc coils and the top part screws off and then the main part lifts off. You then put your own coil in which you can buy premade for very cheap and feed cotton through it. It is WAY cheaper than buying the ssocc coils and it future proofs you in case the ssocc coils do become unavailable. The RBA piece is reusable because you rebuild it as needed. You can purchase 50 premade coils to use in the RBA head for under $10 dollars and then you buy a bunch of cotton. I truly think I have enough coils to outlast me. I was spending a lot on coils and now that expense has pretty much been eliminated and I get a much better vape. If you are interested there are a few of us that use it and can definitely help until you get the hang of it. You can use temp control wire as well.

The mod you use is with a built-in battery. I use the actual Kanger box because it has replaceable batteries. So my box is constant and I just replace batteries as needed.

If you are happy with the all in one setup you use then stick with it. Another alternative that is similar is made by Kanger. It is the Subvod mega. It supports the coils that you like and it is the same battery mah as what you are currently using. Here it is Kanger SUBVOD Mega Starter kit

I use mostly 3mg nic. I see a lot of nic salts, too but there are plenty of suppliers that sell just the regular e juice.

I have an Evod pro, because I can't get the coil heads for it, I took one head apart and rebuilt it, new coil and wick at .5 ohms
You can get a rebuildable (rba) for the clocc coils and make your own. Since you are taking one apart it should not be too difficult for you to master the rebuildable heads.

I have been thinking about trying to build my own coils, I just thought it looked so complicated, and with kids not much time to do it. But it doesn't sound that bad how you explained so maybe I will give it a shot. Does the flavor taste good still. And which cottons do you buy? That bacon package I always see online?

As in learning any new skill, building your first coils may seem intimidating and time consuming. However, if you stick with it and practice, practice, practice ... it will soon become easy and less time consuming.

The flavor you can get from using rebuildable coils on a RDA (rebuildable drip atomizer) is often said to be the best you find. The coils can last up to several months at a time simply by cleaning the coils via "dry burning". The wick will need to be changed every 3 - 4 days.

Wick material can be organic cotton balls, commercially available cotton bacon, or Rayon (cellucotton) from places like Sally's Beauty Supply.

The flavor is way better. Seriously. I'm glad it helped. I was apprehensive too and some folks on here helped me make the jump. I purchased a few of the rba heads because I keep a few premade and then it is just like changing out a coil.

Once you get your stuff and are ready just give a shout out and we can walk you through it.

Here is a video to give you an idea ---. You just want to watch the first portion and remember they are building from scratch so ignore that -- you are getting a prebuilt coil so just watch how they put it in the RBA.

Here's another post that may be useful to read through --remember to ignore the part, for now, about making your own coils from wire, you will use the prebuilt.
I think I'm finally ready to venture into building my own coils
