Used to hate them but I have to admit, once I rebuit it with a nano coil and cotton wick I am starting to like them again. Running at 11W on a 1.5Ohm coil on my MVP2 and no dry hits or leakage. Just had to get this off my chest.

I had a similar experience I absolutely hate silica IMO and the way kanger continues to design their coil heads. But a good ole nano coil and cotton really bring the protanks to life I think
Falling back in love... built a coil for a friend. All I had was 34 ga to I twisted 3 strands
Made a nanocoil
8 wraps on a 20 ga needle

At 11W, this thing is a beast. After adjust and fidgeting for an hour, no gurgle and no burn, even on the chain vape...
