I generally use a single coil or a single parallel coil, not really much room to do a proper dual coil without using smaller micro or nano coils. Thats the fun thing about rebuildables, experimenting by trial and error. Currently have a standard single coil in one of my Subtank RBA's, the other is a vertical parallel, both work well and about equally given the airflow and juice flow restrictions of the V1 Subtank RBA
yeah, i thought about the space restriction that might hinder a good vape. currently got a single microcoil 6 wraps and is been doing fine. might trial the vertical soon. thnx again
I have tried multiple builds in mine and have come to a revelation (for me anyways). I use 26g and build only simple 4 wrap spaced coil and love the flavor and vapor production. Turns out at around .58 to .6 every time. My vape buddies are amazed that I get the production I do at 24 watts!!

I have three. I use 26 gauge, 6 or 7 wraps (spaced), 3mm and run between 20 and 22 watts. works great. One has a 7 wrap spaced titanium wire in it that measures .33 ohms for temp control. I run that one at 510 degrees at 40 watts.
