Hey Craig, You had just what I was looking for, first time customer, received shipping info by e-mail same day. I was really happy with the cost of the ribbon wire, bought 100ft for just over $30 with shipping. I will definitely be back to get Stainless Mesh. You seem to be a fairly new business, so good luck and hope you do well. -Lyle

Thank you, Lyle ! I'm glad you are happy with the ribbon wire. Ribbon wire has made my life a whole heck of a lot easier when it comes time to build my coil/ss mesh wick for my genesis style attys (AGA-T2, AGA-S, Mongoose, etc).

BTW, we'll be selling 1 sq ft sized (12" x 12") 316 SS 400 and 316 SS 500 mesh starting Thursday (4/11/13) night provided our special "lay flat" shipping boxes arrive on time.

While we've only been in the vaping business for about a year now, Kidney Puncher, LLC as a company has been in business since 2007.
We are a Power Seller on eBay with 10,000+ positive feedback ! :)

Thanks again for being our customer and we look forward to taking care of your vaping needs. :)

Craig

The Kanthal A-1 .5mm x .1mm is 9.345 Ohms per foot, so it should be pretty easy to have a coil that is at least 1.5 ohms.

I'm sure I could figure this out using a bit of math, but does anyone have any input on how the various ribbon wire sizes .4-.6mmx.1mm compare to standard kathal sizes I am familiar with such as 28-32awg?

This may not be very scientific, but, in lay/practical terms, I have found the .5mm Ribbon I got from Kidney Puncher as easy to wrap as 32 gauge, similar but smoother to 30 gauge in terms of performance, and, of course, not as raging as 28 gauge. I am looking forward to .8mm ribbon, which they said they'll make available eventually. Its delivered on cardboard at a very convenient wind length; no need to work out any kinks! As to the price hike, I'm happy to pay a little extra to support.
