Kanthal A1 build not at what it should be...

Howdy all!!

Rookie and new to the building game so bear with me. Made my first set of A1 coils last night. Used the calculator shooting for .3ohms on a dual coil setup. Now maybe I miscounted, but at 7 wraps I should be at about my target. Instead I'm firing at .62 on both the meter and my device. Did I just miscount on my coils? I used he coil master v2. Thanks in advance!

What size rod did you wrap it on? what size kanthal did you use it on? did you use Steam engine to check how many wraps you should have for dual coils?

I wrapped it on the 35 rod under the recommendation of my local vape shop. I am using 26awg Kanthal A1 and yes I did use steam engine.

You're right. It does because this donkey forgot to change the coil diameter. Thank you everyone, I'm officially a dunce. Lol
