My cousin is a tattoo artist. He's been voted most prestigious in TN and has won many awards. Once all my scars have matured on my leg, and there are a lot of them, he has a whole leg tat planned. He is going to make a dragon that circles and wraps down my leg. On the small scars from pins that I had to have for a few months, he's going to make those into claw marks. There is one really bad scar near my ankle that can't be tatted over so he is going to make it look like the dragon took a bite there. I have one more year before he can start.

The scar that runs from below my belly button around to my back from the hip surgeries is just a line. I am going to have a dotted line tatted on it and right above it I'm putting " Cut along dotted line"

I love ink!

That sounds cool. I have an "Exploited" (old punk band) skull on my left shoulder cap.

I plan on a flameworking scene running down my right arm, fully sleeved. And an MJ forest on my back. :p

Sensay, make sure you're not the first one the new artist drills on. Make sure the work is good first. It's permenent, but I don't need to remind you. :) Like the music?

That's awesome, Jules. Never knew you liked ink!

I have the Exploited skull on my left shoulder blade. They're an old punk band.
Like this, but, not to sound cocky, the lines and grey-wash are nicer on mine. I'll get pics when my shopmate gets here, so you can see my actual ink.

I also have "Your name" on my right ... cheek. And "Anarchy" in Japanese characters on my right inner forearm. I want to get it covered up by a flameworking (glassblowing with a torch) scene down my right arm, fully colored and sleeved. And a MJ forest on my back. :p

Lovin the music Shatner! It is about all I listen to in my car! I have seen some of her work and she does a great job! She just needs to get a few more under her belt before she branches out on her own. And she wants some pics for her portfolio!

so glad you like the music. The evolution from their first album to last is amazing, musically and emotionally.

That's good that you've seen pics of her work. I'm just leary about new tattoo artists, ya know?

Make sure you've seen some of her work. Ink is forever!

This one is my favorite

It's on my wrist. I dont' know how many of you know who Indian Larry is but he was one of the best motorcycle builders around. He had a 5mph wreck the day after we had our 70mph hit by an SUV. We lived, he didn't.. Go figure. The question mark is his logo. I wrote his wife and got permission to use it in the tat. The question mark is for him, the broken chain represents both our accidents. My husband and I are the only ones with this tat and we're the only ones allowed to have it. I think all ink should have meaning. At least all of mine does.

OMG I love it! The rose is perfect! I bet that did hurt, on the top of your foot ... yikes! I can barely handle a sunburn on the top of my feet, LOL
I thought that too V , but the top of the foot was not even close to as bad as right over the ankle bone and the worst was the very back right above the heel ( it wraps all the way around) The guys at the shop said I was a tough cookie lol!!

The ankle bone does suck, thats where my butterfly/tiger tat is and it was alittle hard to sit still through that part lol. The artist did an awesome job on yours though, I'm so jealous!
I need more ink!!!! lol

Granted, I only have MS Paint, but here is your Rose pic rotated and cropped. Just to give you an idea if you wanted to do a signature with the Rose tat (or similar).

If I recall, adding text is better at 2x sig size, so it is clearer when resized to meet signature size limitations.

The award for most interesting tat I've seen lately however, goes to this girl...
