Katady Epower 3 very low output!

I purchased this a few weeks ago and can't even use it! I normally vape 1.5-2.0 ohm coils and have a bunch of other mods (vapor shark, Itaste MVP, hana clones etc) and this just seems to put out no power at all. When on max voltage or wattage I get about 20% of the vapor I get out of other mods with the same tank. I normally vape at 8-11 watts with most my tanks so I dont think I am asking to much from the device. I tried contacting the ebay seller ZMOTOUSA that just told me "they test these from the factory and there can't be anything wrong with it" Is there any warranty support for these or are they all this bad? Thanks!

At lower it just puts out no vapor at all.

Have you tried changing your coil? It's possible you have a bad one.

I vape mine on 11W with a nautilus mini and the flavour and vapour are incredible for me, though I haven't used any other mods

Could just be that this particular device just isn't for you and you might consider something with more power and higher wattage. Maybe you can return and get your money back. Some people like a more powerful device, and that's ok. Have you looked at some of the newer box mods? They can vape a lower resistance and have a much higher wattage. They have more power and you might be happier with that?

I don't see why anyone needs more than 15W unless they're competing or something, I found even 15 was too much and ruined the flavor a bit.
