Hey everyone! Could you please send some positive energy, thoughts or whatever you believe? I'm training my replacement today so I don't know if I'll have a job tomorrow or not. Thank you!!

They sent me home because they were over staffed. Guess the writing is on the wall. :(

You got oodles of positive vibes coming your way. My BFE lives in PA. We met online, have met in person. She had a migraine today, texted me, asked for 5 min to hold her hand. I stopped what I was doing, held my phone to my heart and thought "strength and love". She finally said OK, thanks, going to take a shower. Later she was feeling better. So maybe it works. If it didn't, she would have told me.

Anyone ever deal with ecig-city?
I have, once or twice. No problems, no complaints. I would order from then again if they had something I wanted.

My most sincere thanks go out to you all. I'm going think positive about this. That what happened tonight was not an indication of my future with the company. And if it is, just like when I started work there, I came looking and I'll leave looking and that this is just not the path I'm meant to be on right now. Namaste :nun:

Positive vibes coming your way...maybe they're just planning to move you to something better.
@LynnNC. Sending positive thoughts your way and hoping for what Angel said.

Is there any way you can ask your super about this situation?

Thanks Bea! I did ask him last night when he told me to leave. He denied the fact that I would be terminated but I've learned that at this company, the supervisors don't always tell you the truth. I'm really hoping that this isn't the case this time.

wow, I was under the impression that they weren't supposed to be conducive to bed bugs, mites etc like regular mattresses, but just looked it up, and found a lot of folks complaining about bed bugs being in the frames when they are delivered........so check that carefully. They say the techs are trained to check for this, but apparently a lot of em don't. And eggs are super hard to see.

Thanks, Hun! I'll definitely be on the lookout for them. Last thing I want to deal with right now is trying to get rid of bed bugs...

Absolutely, positively, most definitely sending the most positive thoughts and prayers that I can muster for you, Love! I dunno what the future holds for any of us... I ain't psychic, but I'd say that we're about due for a break in this crap-streak that we call "life".:wub::wub:

Thanks SweetPea! I can't agree with you more!

And on the bed bug thing, make sure you check every single crack and hole with a flashlight. They are hard to get rid of. Back in 2013 when I threw the ex AH BF out, I knew he was taking the bed because it was his so I started looking for another waterbed because I loved them. Found one on Craigslist. Great price and had everything I was looking for. My BIL and I drove to pick it up. It was sitting in a shed as the person I bought it from said that it wasn't being used. Flash forward 2 months. Laura started having these weird bite marks showing up on her. The doctor couldn't figure it out. She moved out, bite marks disappeared, then about a month later, reappeared. In the meantime, the bite marks started showing up on me. To make a long story short, it took me over 2 and half years and about $1500 to get rid of those pesky things. I still have a fear of things crawling on me.

Back when we luved in the greater Cinti area it was known as having the worst bed bug problem that any other city in the U.S. DH was in the Home fixup business and so we were always afraid he would bring them home with him. Here is what we did every time when he got home: we spread an old white sheet on the garage floor and he stripped completely on it, including gym shoes. Then we gathered it all up and put it in the dryer on highest heat for 20 minutes which will kill them.

Another thing we learned from a friend who is a real estate agent up there and is always concerned because she goes into so many houses is to keep a spray bottle of straight 90% alcohol in the car. If we went somewhere we were concerned about we sprayed our shoes, top and bottom before we got into our car to prevent the bugs from infesting the car. Alcohol kills them.

I feel like I bought stock in the company that makes 91% alcohol.
