It ought to be illegal. How can people abuse cats like that, encouraging cats to get addicted to such a dangerous substance? Shame on them.

I think they enjoy watching cats act silly. Probably a contact high kind of thing.

Bbbbut it only comes in natural flavor, so the FuDA should be ok with it?

(And, based on the caption of that stolen pic, I think he's the mouser at the catnip packaging plant, and it's his Christmas bonus ;) )

Absolutely no reason for that. I hate that I have to be like this, but she does this everytime. I would love to get to see at least one Star wars movie in the theater.
Hope you can get mom up and going. Like Jerry I saw the very first one in the theater...... had absolutely no interest in it......but was visiting my 1/2 sister for the summer, and she'd instructed her hubby to get everyone outta the house........so he and my two nephews wanted to see it, and I got drug along for the ride. I ended up doing a lotta things like that which I had no interest in when she wanted time to herself, but oh well. Dunno if I ever saw any others. I was always more of a Trekkie. Of course the 4th one of those was my absolute favorite and the one I have on DVD.

 I haven't been on as much for a few months now, but haven't had to use my fryin pan in quite awhile...........may have to remember this though. Even though my whacks are generally more like love taps :D

So, I try to see the movies with her, even though I don't care much to go to the theater (or really watch movies in general :pervy: )
My son has zero interest in the Hunger Games I think it is......but goes with my dil to the theater cuz she loves them. He hates it on Jeopardy when they ask about em that he usually knows the answer. Unless the effects are supposed to be amazing, I don't typically care for going to the theater either. But I do love my movies. Have a crap ton of dvds but they are all in my sil's garage still. Hoping once again during this school break that my son will be able to get with his dad to move freezer, chest of drawers and filing cabinet over here. It likely won't be til after my dil goes back to work at her school, I think Jan 2 or 3. He's been out since Dec 14th, and he actually bought the new nozzle for the sink sprayer, but hasn't put it on yet  But at least they're getting some good time together.

DW and I caught a local Lights on the Lake drive yesterday. A park has about a 2-1/2 mile long road set with various themed displays. It's always nice to catch, and last night there was a dusting of snow, so even better

kewl! I absolutely LOVE Christmas lights!! I got to go again last year to BLORA (park run by Ft Hood) that puts up lots of light structures. I do enjoy it, but last year it was double the price since the last time I'd been, and it hadn't changed much at all since I started going 20 or so yrs ago. Started out 5.00 a car load, was 7.50 later, last year was 15.00 and that's just too much for not changing much of anything. For years I've wanted to go up around Austin, I think it's Zucker park that has a huge display that you can ride a train though.

trying to imagine this fusion, particularly in NY :D

Except she was 16, going on 17 :)
I have that on dvd, but actually watched it a few days ago on TV since I don't have my dvds with me. It's one of many that I can purt nearly quote the whole thing.

I am not a fan of Excel. I know how to use it but I still don't like it. It makes things easier and like tracking things with it but hate making and updating the worksheets. I have a PS4 that I bought for the grandkids when they visit. Well, I got hooked on one particular game when it came out on the PS3 and they just came out with it for the PS4. It is Gran Turismo Sport and it is addicting. I made a spreadsheet to track my track times and vehicle used, etc. Everything was going great until yesterday. They did an update and added a couple new tracks and a dozen new cars. That meant I had to update all of the spreadsheets. I just finished getting it all updated and working right. Now I can get back to some serious playing. Oh, I should also mention that I really suck at this game. However, I really really enjoy it.

Zucker Park is cool. I've only been once. They have the giant "tree" mafe of lights. You go stand in the middle & look up, & turn round & round & the lights seem to spin, or spiral above you. Fantastic optical illusion!

Every year,we struggle with what to get my dad and stepmom for Christmas,so we usually go with gift cards so they can get whatever. This year, thanks to Diver inspiring me with his pen pics, this will be their gifts this year.My dad is an avid hunting and shooting fan,so i found a pen kit that looks like a bullet with bolt action mechanism that he should really like,i built it with a walnut center section since a lot of gun stocks are made from walnut.I also made him a regular pen from cherry, then found a cool pen case that looks like a rifle case to put them.I made a few for my stepmom as well, hers are red alder and mahogany in a very nice rosewood case.I think they will appreciate these quite a bit more than the normal gift cards.
