Well, all the tests have been run, and there really isn't much of an "answer" to what the heck has been going on with SO this week. Heart rate still low, but ultrasound showed nothing out of line. Neuro says no MS flare. Elevated liver enzymes. Doc calls it "Fatty Liver Disease". She really doesn't drink, but I started doing a bit of reading, and she has many of the attributed symptoms.... {scratches head} No "treatment" per se, but kind of a "diabetic" diet might help.....
And I really don't know what the hellz I am thinking, but I just ordered another 1L barrel from our frenz at Deep South. 30% of a barrel with a cumulative $75 order (BEFORE coupon applied). Well, I did needz moar flavahs. Right? And my $50 barrel basically is $35 (o.k. basically equates to free shipping.....) I can prolly tap off Markie's Mark next weekend (which would be perfect timing to prep the next batch, right?????)
