I actually resurrected an STM rba V2 head last evening. I'd been kinda "anti" because I didn't like how the topcap was set on the actual deck. However, I have a LOVELY tank running now. I'd read elsewhere a comment re: "how little cotton was needed to not leak", so on a whim, I dragged mine out and gave it a go. I'm actually a little more pleased than with the V1 OCC heads that I've rebuilt.
Hrm, perhaps a couple more for the stash? I do have a couple of the V1 RBA heads, but I MUST drill out the juice channels - those thingies just DO NOT work well for me

We tried every tank that I own--he hated the tfv4, the Uwell Crown, and the Target (gasp!) the most. His favorite did wind up being the stm, but I don't have an extra to give him, so he got the Endura until I can afford to get him one. I've already got an extra Kbox mod for him and just need to get the tank, then he will be set once he figures out what flavor profile he's going to prefer.

I've had consistently good luck with Bodhi Leaf's weekly sale coffee. I always buy at 4 - 5 pounds, which keeps unit cost low (shipping). Green coffee is supposed to store fine long term, just keep it out of the sun.
The Nic San Jose and Bali Paradise both, to me, have chocolate tones. Right now I'm sampling Indonesia Sulawesi White Eagle -- rock solid middle of the road, reminds me of classic Colombia. I expect the CR R&S will be another awesome fruity/sweet, like the Nic and Bali, awesome summer brew.
I'm not just stocked for the vapocalypse, I'm prepped for the kawvpocalypse
The Nic San Jose and Bali Paradise both, to me, have chocolate tones. Right now I'm sampling Indonesia Sulawesi White Eagle -- rock solid middle of the road, reminds me of classic Colombia. I expect the CR R&S will be another awesome fruity/sweet, like the Nic and Bali, awesome summer brew.

What da ya think about a subtank nano? Not rebuildable as easily as the STM, but just a thought. Or Possibly an Ego One tank? If ya want 'em I can send 'em.

Speaking of the STN - I was nosing about on Fasttech, prolly going to grab a couple more STM RBAs, and I see a Subtank NANO RBA. Its dimensions are a bit smaller than the STM, but it appears to be the V1 style (smaller juice holes). Did they REALLY make an RBA for the Nano????? Inquiring minds want to know!
I like my eGo ONE tanks. I have a handful of the CLR heads - build just like a PT2 head for me. They look a little snazzier than the PT2s (even though they still see some usage, but not nearly as much these days....
) Funny how that was my Go-To tank for a LONG time. Now, I'm using one of these and trying one of those....(Very much enjoying the Serpent Mini.... Another on the horizon? Hmmmmmmm)
Yes, they do.... It's the Mini's RBA that doesn't fit the Nano. And, the chimney is too narrow for a PT2 head's chimney

I loved the San Jose! Hopefully I will be able to get my roaster in a couple of months and then I can start stockpiling for the kawvpocalypse myself

He's nowhere close to being ready for building lol! He liked my stm and my nano (I like em because they use the same coils). He seemed to lean towards my Ego One tank the most though (he tried both the Ego One and the Tron and kept snitching those two from me the most). If you are looking for a new home for em then send em on

Rewicked the Av24 today (I'm used to doing that every 3 days, after 45 - 50ml). The old wick was still fine, quite clean, but it also helps to practice. New wick is working great, zero leaks lying down. AFfter two clean wick rounds I have the AV24 wicking down -- awesome tank
Maybe set him up with an old school carto-tank?
Those were actually perfect for me when I was still fighting the urge to smoke. Those should be pretty cheap, these days...unless theres naughty words...

That may be, but I hate to see someone get started these days on something that CAN'T be rebuilt. Which seems to be the case with the Nano, unless you find someone with a stash of the old V1 heads that haven't been available for months.
Regardless, I find myself not touching the Nano or Ego One tanks anymore. So if they will help someone else quit smoking then I'm happy to pass them on along with the small handful of heads I have.
