Maybe infamous? :)

I'm sure THAT'S more like it :D

O.k. I am going to RANT.... /RANT ON

I get this email from a client this morning. Two of our guys are really the leads - one for the Contact Resource Management software; the other for the Accounting software. Acct software guy had a vacation pre-scheduled (like months prior) the week this client goes live. So, CRM-dood is on site (like two states away) the first week of August. Whilst CRM-dood is fielding a buhzillion other questions/issues, DingerCPA gets all the accounting software questions.

Acct software guy returns from vacation, but DingerCPA is *STILL* getting the accounting software questions. :sneaky:

I get an email from client - "We'd really like to have you up here for a few days. Can you come up sometime starting Monday, September 19?"

HELLZ TO THE NO!

1. I really don't want to drive that far for that many days (a day up, 2-3 days onsite, a day back - NO)
2. I don't have more than one free day to string together this month because I already have meetings and appointments that I can't change.

HELLZ NO, I WON'T GO! HELLZ NO, I WON'T GO!!!!!

At least I really don't want to have to go.....

/END RANT

Am I being unreasonable?

Nope... forward all of the previous emails and responses to Acct-software-vacay-dood and let him deal with it from here on out... That's what I'd do, anyway.

Nope, I don't think you are at all. It should be up to the acct software dood to go up there and handle it.

He's even less available than I. I offered remote connection sessions. The client's Controller is "older" and isn't dealing well with the "change" from their old software to the new stuff. (Whaddaya mean I can't just click this and fix it?) They have "farts in skillets" - people who won't sit still long enough to GO THROUGH training. Acct software dood was already up there for a WEEK doing training. CLIENT staff were "too busy" to attend his trainings. Maybe I'm just getting too old and cranky.

*sigh* Thanks for making sure I have to go order the Tobacco Blend now.....hehe!!
Anything to help you keep the economy moving :)

I only use tobacco blend for my all day vape -- it just works so well with Vanilla, and I'm too lazy to blend my own TB from tobacco absolute + ethyl maltol. I expect it would also do nicely with some other single flavors, perhaps a fruit.

My more tobacco-y mixes are all Seedman Commercial + tobacco absolute diluted + optional caramel/hazelnut/... Vanilla tobacco is "different" -- it has a real tobacco flavoring in the mix, but it doesn't taste like a cigarette at all to me, it's a pretty subtle mix that has the advantage of not skewing your taste buds..

I virtually always copy one or both of them. However, when the client emails me directly..... I don't know if there's an underlying "personality conflict" or what. But I don't want to throw my guys under the bus - they'z my brudders here.

I'm tired and cranky, and my morning data migration appears to have taken a DUMP :( A whole section of data appears not to have migrated????

I've already got the tobacco absolute since my brother really liked that one that you sent me for him. I still have to get the seedman's though. I had to get the tobacco blend though because I like the VanTob you sent me way back when and I want to make more of it lol.
