had to look that one up. Jelly donut for anyone else who's wondering :p
It's a Polish creation, kinda like a jelly donut, and it's pronounced completely different than it's spelled, something like poonch-key (Gary would have done a better job with the phonetics)

many feel 6 weeks is fine.
That refers mostly to shelter puppies and kittens. There is a trend to neuter/spay this early so that by the time these animals are adopted out it's done. It's a way to stem overpopulation and not to have to chase after these people.

Although some shelters give neuter vouchers to new pet owners and others threaten to press charges (really!!!) if pet is not neutered, many people dont do it.

And if I remember correctly, it's a result of "clearing out the cupboards" before Lent starts. Gets rid of sugar and flour, etc.....

yeah I saw that too. gotta luv a jelly donut no matter who makes it lol

Jup been doing more research on it this am. Saw where some breeders are starting to spay/neuter before letting the pups go to their homes, but that's not about the pups health, it's about controlling their line. Shameful. We bought a voucher for the first dog for 45.00, but it's good for spay or neuter. We'll see how the vet feels about it this afternoon. The voucher is good til July, but if the vet feels we should wait, worst case scenario is a 45.00 donation to the shelter and that's always a good thing. It's not at a time when the kids are super strapped for funds.

    Happy Vapaversary, @DingerCPA !!! :w00t::party::w00t::party::w00t:

Kinda sorta, but not really haha. The ones i get,the dough isn't as dense as a donut, and they have Bavarian cream filling instead of jelly, although jelly filled sounds good too so now i need to find those ones somewhere haha. But yeah,to me,they are much better than any donut i have ever had.

    LOL, thanks Kidz

Yeah, THREE years now.... I still feel like a noob. I still remember the last cigarette I smoked. I am grateful that I don't have to deal with that anymore. But more grateful for having found all of you....

Congrats.I'm not too far behind,my 3 year will be on the 19th,although for some reason,my little counter thing seems to have quit counting so it's off a bit haha.
And yeah,i still remember my last cigarette too,i had been vaping about a week, and my ego twist broke in my pocket,so i bummed a smoke from a coworker and it was horrible tasting, definitely showed me i made the right decision to quit.

I'm not sure this a win in potty training. I told lil bit......let's go potty, and he said.... Ok! and piddled before I could get him outside!
Haha,i had a dog like that years ago,as soon as you said potty she would go,i tried teaching her to scratch at the door when she needed out too,but that also backfired. She would go potty on the floor, then run to scratch at the door when she was done haha.

It's kinda cool. It seems like there are three "blocks" across ECF. The true Noobs - less than a year vaping; a contingent in the 3-4 year range, and the the old-timers like @Kaezziel who seem to have been around forever! ;)

I actually started with a cigalike back in 2010, but I just couldn't get the satisfaction and it was oh, so much easier to grab a pack of smokes and a lighter. I lost my Uncle in 2013 to lung cancer and by the first of the year (2014) I was intent on doing something to make this work. By February, I had some updated equipment (well, an update to a cigalike!) and by March, I was tired of spending money on both smokes and vape things.

It's been a snowball from there on. I feel pretty self-sufficient now. And, there's really nothing that I "have to have", so I'm not even buying myself a vaperversary present. I'll just work with what I have and call it another (smoke-free) day.

@Bea-FL and @clnire and of course anyone else........ here are a few decent puppy pics. LIS, my amateur guess is boston/weiner dog. What do y'all think? These should be clickable thumbnails, so you can see em better.

too funny. Hope we have better luck with Ozzy. Frankie stands at the door. If he's just looking, he'll wander off. If he has to potty, he'll turn around and look at us. If we're too slow or he has to go really bad, he'll paw at the door
