Thanks for the tip! I have some noalax that came with my REO.
that'll work, but it's super messy. I opt for the easier to use deoxit gold. Since I don't go super low, it works for my Reos. I build around .5 ohms. I had wanted the bottle with the brush, but it was 25.00 and I never had the money for that. I'd bought the 8.00 tube, but that recently ran out after 2.5 years, and I found an 11.00 tiny bottle with a tiny brush and got that. The tiny brush works great on the P67 to get between the fire button and the strike plate.

It. Is. SNOWING here :grr:

That is all
Yipes! I tried to pm you but apparently the pms aren't working right now. It won't give me the box to write a message.

Yes, Love... just checkin' in. Been having a rough time lately but have found some really awesome people around town to help me keep my mind off of things a bit. Things kinda drifted apart with Paige, but there are a few other girls that I've been spending time with. Probably going to completely avoid family for Christmas... I went to Missouri for Thanksgiving, and it was fun, but it was also really hard and a bit awkward.
((((((((((((((((((Kaezz))))))))))))))))) been wondering bout you darlin and missin you!! So sorry you're having a rough time. Do what you need to do for you in your time frame!! Love you oodles!!

I received something awesome this morning! Wanna see? No? Too bad!! I love it too much to not show it off. @tejas...I hope you don't mind?

I LOVE IT!!!
oh kewl!!! What a wonderful thing he did for you. So glad you got a nice surprise. Really wish I could get my card stock, and get my bead stuff outta storage. My son's last day of school is Dec 15th and then he has about 5 weeks off, so hoping I can get the card stock then, and then will hope it's not been ruined by sitting in my sil's garage. there has been mold at times in her garage, so am hoping it's not all molded along with the rest of the stuff in my file cabinet.

that is crazy!

We got snow last night, too! First since Christmas Eve 2006. It happens so seldom here that people were waking their kids up at 1am so they could go outside & see it & play in it. They were afraid it would be melted by morning.

y'all got more than we did. I had to go to the pain doc on Thurs, and on my way home I saw a few tee tiny lil dots of white come down. It has gotten a bit below freezing. But aside from that day I've been able to stay inside where it's much warmer.

Kadly says to tell everyone hi!!

We got maybe 1" +/-. Lots of teeny tiny grass studded snow men on FB!

And big hugs & prayers for Sir Kadly!

Blergh.... The cold/sinus junk from Hades has hit. Missed my first company Christmas Party in 21 years. Still don't feel great, but I have a BUNCH of stuff to do this week.

Had a DELIGHTFUL revelation this week.... BDD.... afraid of any and everything.... SO and I had stepped out Monday evening to run an errand. Got home just as some lightning was flashing across the skies. Sent her in to check on BDD while I unloaded the car.

Walk in to hear, "You'd better come see this."

Get around the corner, and she's pulling up carpeting where BDD was tearing (even though BDD's basement door was open so she could have gotten to her safe space :sneaky: )

"LOOK!" Under the carpet - HARDWOOD FLOORING!!!!!!! Lived in this silly house for 14 years, and did NOT realize the back half of the house had hardwood floors. I just "assumed" that because the front of the house didn't have it (I've replaced flooring in Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Foyer, and 3rd Bedroom) The mission is to get the carpeting pulled up (hallway and Master BR have been pulled. Just have 2nd BR to do) A bit of sanding and refinishing, and VOILA!!!! She'll get the hardwood flooring she's been asking for :)

Cold and sinus, and you just kicked up a bunch of housedust? LOL. Once that settles down, maybe you will be feeling much better all the time. Wish I had hardwood floors, really keeps the allergy problems tamed. Happy for your discovery, and remember the discomfort is temporary. Maybe stay someplace else while the work is being done. Get some allergy testing, and keep that nose clean.

Oh, you'll feel so much better not having carpet on your floors! DH suffered terribly from his allergies when we had carpet years ago. I'll never forget the crap we found that had gone through the carpet to the floor underneath when we puleed it up. And I thought vacuuming sucked it all up.

Before you go to the trouble of sanding & refinishing try mopping it well woth a bucket mix of Murpheys Oil Soap. I had a friend that did that & it totally restored her floors. Layers of dirt came up, lightened the color back to the original stainn got rod of almost all of the wear pattern through the stain & most if not all if the scratches. I've never seen anything like it. Those floor were beautiful & all she did was keep mopping until her mop rinsed clean.

1. Anything that is in the world when you’re born is normal and ordinary and is just a natural part of the way the world works.

2. Anything that's invented between when you’re fifteen and thirty-five is new and exciting and revolutionary and you can probably get a career in it.

3. Anything invented after you're thirty-five is against the natural order of things.

So we had a little excitement this evening. I got my new bread knife in the mail today from Amazon so I tried it. Wellllllll, it cuts bread really well but it also cut the palm of my hand because of the way I held the loaf of bread to cut it. 3" laceration . Stupid me . It cost me a trip to the ER and 6 stitches.

At least I did't cut any veins or nerves.

Glad you didn't cut anything off! Wishing you fast healing. Please be careful with that knife.

@Debadoo say hi to Kadly right back. How is he? We haven't seen him around here in a while.

I hope his situation has been resolved.
I will let him know! It has been resolved, but not the way he wanted. He's fine though. We won't see him for quite awhile, but he'll be keeping in touch through some of us.
