Anyone here drink kefir? Wondering if it helped you in any way. They say it has the best probiotics and I'm looking to improve my health. Thanks.
I used to. I actually used to have a kefir culture at home, and would "feed" it every day. So every morning I'd have a cup of fresh homemade kefir! It's wonderful for you with the probiotics, and certainly aided my digestion (which is somewhat whack at times). Also tastes very good. I still buy a bottle from the store once in a while, when I want a dose of probiotics and protein, which it also has a lot of. The daily feeding got old as I'm lazy and would often forget, then it kinda died one day
Broscience has more of the mm510 large positive nuts in.
Unfortunately Igor forgot to order the special item, 18mm washer that I need for the predator rework. He's poking around to see if anyone else has one, otherwise I'll have to try for it on his next UK order. I'll be be able to complete one of the reworks now, once I get a large nut

Treated myself to some homemade pho. I made a quick version - authentic takes 6-10 hours to properly make the brothGood enough approximation. I'll do it again!

I've wondered about that too. Just saw some on sale lookin through the Aldi ad today, and wondered again. Thanks sloth for the info on what it tastes like. I tried some homemade kombucha one time, and omggggggg was wayyyyyyy too vinegary. I did try some bottled not long ago, and it wasn't too bad. Took me 2 years and my sil talking me into trying it, to sample it again. I was scarred from the homemade one I tried.
Yummmmmmmmm! Prolly not our turn though. But they are always good no matter what you send. I think there's only been one that I wasn't too fond of. You just don't know how much I appreciate you sending it!!

I seen they were back in stock the other day,so loaded some in my cart that had 4 510 connectors in there too,but when i went to check out,now they were out of the 510's haha.Luckily when i checked back yesterday,it was all in stock,so finally got my order placed.
The little bit works perfectly, the hole is just a fraction larger than the connector.
I think the bit they actually sent is this one, since it has a spring:

Going through 22awg hard copper with a normal battery hand drill was trivial.
This was just a little test strip, but it's good enough that I'll probably dremel the edges smooth, add the bend and dimple, and use it.
