So I have come to bond with my K4 after some initial problems, and all had been well. But as of late it leaks all the time. I ordered and installed the larger oring on the bottom, and it still leaks. It not only leaks from the airholes, but i notice it leaking underneath as well. I have taken it apart and put it back together properly several times. I even switched from my p3 connector back to the original, and still the same issues. Is there a 2nd oring i should replace? Thanks. If you really like the K4 but want something even better that doesn't leak you should try.........?

What roxynoodle said.

Usually, the #16 ring stops the leaks. That's the one on the square part under the juice control ring.

Order some 12mm x 1.5mm o-rings and install one in the #16 position. That fixed mine and many others on this forum. Any o-ring that doesn't provide a good vacuum seal is subject to causing leaks. If you'll notice when you put the KV4 parts together with the stock o-rings you don't feel feel the point where the o-ring begins to compress. They are generally too small and require lots of stretching to get them over the parts. This makes them thinner and less effective.

If #16 didn't fix yours, you will have to try replacing others that contact juice. Make sure that all o-rings have a coat of juice on them before assembly. They tend to catch, wrinkle, and twist if you put the parts together dry.

A loose center contact pin can be a contributor to bottom leaks. If you have to back it off to make contact with your mod, then install a tiny o-ring under the screw head to make it project father out and touch the center contact in your mod.

All the obvious reasons for leaks have bin stated. I had one leak through the air hole and it was the glass, there was a slight imperfection in the glass and it was not allowing for a perfect seal. swapped the glass leak gone.
The KFV4 is one of my most trusted not to leak tanks, if all the o rings are good and it is sealing well it shouldn't leak :)
A good alternative to a KFV4 is a Squape R it performs just as good, it can be prone to leaking if it's not wicked properly

Thanks for all the replies guys! I am going to take it all apart today and inspect all the orings. I purchased my wife the new smaller Squape R and she really likes it. I don't think it performs as well as the K4 though. On a side note I have been getting some juices from Nicoticket lately and they are really great. I just got a new flavor called butterbeer and like it a lot.
