There's a blog here with the screw sizes for the KFL and V3. They are all metric so probably they are metric for the V5.

Are you talking about the screws that hold the coil wires? For the KFL they are M1.6 x 3mm. Maybe they are the same for yours.

If you figure out the size www.mcmaster.com is a good place to get screws. They have everything. They only sell them in packs though, you can't just get 1 or 2. They have both types of SS, but it wouldn't matter IMO.

Svoemesto never answered me, i assume they just want people to buy the whole o-ring /screw pack.
I measured them my self today, (metric)
M2 screws, small screw is 4 mm in length longest screw is 5mm. No idea about screw pitch or steel quality.. There is very little information about this on google, like nothing! Sure, plenty of info on the old kayfun's but nothing on k5, not even on fasttech (screw head; phillips 1 , pan head type screw)

What size it the head? I know it's a philips, but none of my drivers seem to have a firm fit, and I have four. The best fitting one still has a bit of wiggle in the head, and I'm worried about stripping them since I have to tighten them down so much for temp control.
    It's probably a #1or 2 Phillips head.
Most inexpensive small jewelry sets are #0 Phillips head.
You can grind/file the tip off a #0 Philips, to get a tighter fit.
Notice the the different tip shape:

Its ph 1 , no. 2 or 0 philips will strip the head. Get urself a quality screwdriver. Also had problems with stripping screws. Maybe the screws are made of 316 steel, as i read somewhere on this forum 304 is better for not braking the heads. I tried with fat daddy knurled screws but that was a waste of money as they go to deep into the base / side wall, was thinking to solve the screwdriver problem while flying / TSA but no luck on that yet

    Great idea.

I ground the tip off a Philips 0, and it mates up almost perfectly.

I looked at my set, and it contains a Philips #2, 0, and 00. I'd be interested in trying a Philips #1, and may pick one up next time I'm out.
