Okay, so I haven't had any problems with my kayfun, until now. The air control screw is super deep into the actual atty and I've tried unscrewing it, but it seems to reach a point where it can't screw any further, this happens both ways.

So, I've tried screwing it on and going ahead and vaping, I'm using a Vamo V5, it says a few things and I know it's down to the screw and not my coil. It either says, Low Load, Short or it says my res is 9.9 when I check on the device.

Any clue how I can loosen this screw. I enjoy an airy vape so removing the screw is fine, as long as it doesn't leak

Here's a picture on what the screw actually looks like.

Thanks Guys!

You've run the air control screw in so far that it is in contact with the "positive screw set", and shorting out your APV.

See this PDF to understand what I'm referring to below.

You need to remove the 510 screw (1a) and then unscrew the "collector tank" (bottom cover) from the "base". You may need to unscrew the (2b-Air adjustment screw) from the body as well to free up the air control screw.

One of the main problems is, I'm having a hard time removing the collector tank from the bottom. I was at it for a good hour and tried using pliers and it just won't budge at all.

If you've removed the 510 contact screw and the inner positive block screw... then there is a very good chance that the air control screw will fall out the bottom cover, and you won't need to remove it (right now). ;-)

Have you tried soaking it in hot water and trying it?
Yeah, still no luck. Even tried ice cold water.

Still not grasping what you mean yet, I have removed the screw from the base of the Kayfun and that is all I can really remove. The air screw won't budge and the collector tank still won't budge either.

OK, everyone. I have managed to remove the collector tank, and push the screw back in so it was no longer in contact with the atty base. So the screw is pushed all the way out now. So I screwed it back on to check if it was working and now I have the same problem again it says Low Load, Short or it says my res is 9.9 when I check on the device.

I have replaced the coil twice so I can eliminate the coil, I have also ran a piece of Kanthal across each screw to check if it was working and still nothing.

Any ideas? I am using a Vamo V5 if that helps at all, I'm going to try another atty to see if it's a Vamo issue, which I'm doubting.

EDIT:
I decided to grab my crappy ego battery and screw that onto my Kayfun and it just shorted out my ego battery. So yeah, this is definitely an issue with my Kayfun, I am just not entirely sure what.

There are not a whole lot of ways to short out a Kayfun... but there's one that is easily overlooked often enough that it will make you crazy... temporarily at least. ;-)
Check the position of the "positive block" by screwing the base onto a battery. I'm guessing that the 510 and inner screws are not tightened adequately... and when you screw the base onto a battery, the block rotates and comes in direct contact with the negative block (at the narrow gap between the two)... which is of course, part of the base.
